By purchasing, downloading, using, refitting, editing or otherwise modifying my original work, you automatically agree to the following, legally binding and enforceable Terms:

CC-Licensing

Some of my original 3D meshes and graphics are licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.Please note, if any bodies or body hair are included in the 3D mesh, those are not included in the license, because they are not my work.You are free to do whatever you wish with my original 3D meshes and graphic works, as long as you follow these legally binding and enforceable Terms:2.a.

Safety & Breach of Terms

I reserve the right to cancel a commission, see a commission as abandoned, blacklist a client, repurpose the project, warn others of potential fraud and/or release the work publicly (paid/free) to the community if:

Liability Waiver

If you request the inclusion of original assets by another creator, you assume all responsibility for ensuring their ToS/permissions allows for private paid commissions. I am not liable for disputes arising from misrepresented permissions provided by the client.

Payment & Refund Policy

All transactions are via PayPal invoice, this requires your e-mail. I will include a link to these Terms in the invoice notes; by paying the invoice, you officially agree to these Terms.1.d.2.
50% deposit before work begins; 50% final payment after the mod is tested in-game but before final file delivery.1.d.3.
Drastic changes to the design after work has begun will result in extra fees to cover the added labor.1.d.4.
Full refund will only be given in cases where I cancel the commission for any reason.

↳ If the client cancels the commission, no refund will be given, as service fees and time spent cannot be recovered.

Basic Info

How To Commission

• Commissions must be officially open.

↳ I generally do not take reservations and I do not take commissions via DMs outside of my commissions being officially open, but I do recommend always asking. In many cases I may be interested immediately!

• Review the pricing list and these Terms thoroughly.• Fill out the Google Form with all requested details. Do not rush this step.• I will reach out to you via Discord DMs. Please ensure your privacy settings allow messages from shared servers or be prepared to accept a temporary friend request from me. If I cannot contact you within 7 days, your commission will be abandoned.

Timeline & Communication

• Clients are processed in the order their form submission was accepted.• Once started, work typically takes between a few hours to 3 weeks, depending on complexity.• I provide swift, transparent and honest communication, and I expect the same from you. You are welcome to request extra status updates at any time.• Specific deadlines can be discussed but must be agreed upon upfront.

Technical Capabilities & Workflow

• I prioritize creating optimized, low-poly meshes (this also depends on the complexity of the design), but you can request higher polycount.• Two model versions are provided for 3D meshes with extra skeleton/earring bones (physics weighted & static) to ensure compatibility with premade Gposes.• If your request requires a specific Customize+ preset, I require that preset for creation and testing purposes. Be careful with Customize+ usage, because the mod will not look correct if the preset is changed or removed later on.• Full dyability support included by default to the best of my ability (complex diffuses may impact clarity).• You receive one free minor adjustment after completion. Subsequent changes or major re-works require additional payment.• Issues found in the finished product are fixed for free.

Scope of Work

There are four types of body bases in FFXIV:

• Unless stated otherwise, the commission price covers only one of the aforementioned body bases.• Porting the finished mesh to other bases and/or genders will incur an additional fee per port due to the extra weighting and refitting involved.• For the in-game test before the second payment, I will provide a file with a watermarked model and/or textures or use a screenshare session to verify the work with the client. Final clean files are delivered only after the PayPal transaction status says "Paid".

I Can't / Won't Do

To maintain my workflow and quality standards, I do not offer the following services:• Animations, VFX, or particles.• Hairstyles, face sculpts, tattoos, or makeup.• Guns and heavy plate armor.• Assets from other games (unless you provide the model, textures, and proof of license).

Game Limitations

Please commission the following with discretion, as FFXIV game limitations can make perfection difficult:• Armpit weights (loose tops)• Leg weights (skintight skirts/dresses)

My Limitations

Providing perfection can be difficult for me with the following:
• Crotch extra skeleton weights (male body bases)
• Facial piercings with heavy Customize+ preset (especially if the preset has position and rotation editing)

Pricing

All prices are in euros. These prices will be adjusted at times, but only between commission batches, never during one. Make sure to always check my prices properly before commissioning me.These are the solid base prices which can only go up, depending on the complexity.If what you are looking for is not listed here, please send me a DM on Discord to inquire about a specific price before committing to a commission.

Sketching fee will be a solid extra 5€.The creation of lace, fur or feathers adds 20€ (this is already counted in the price for ears/tails with fur).

Get 25% off your commission total if you allow me to release the mod publicly on my Ko-fi 2 weeks after its completion!

• This is not applicable if the mod uses another creator's assets that I do not wish to recreate, is only to be fitted onto a body that has a limited paywall timeframe, or is a highly niche design.
